Amelia Moriarty is a writer, illustrator, and fashion model from Vermont, based between New York City and Paris.
Her writing has appeared in New Sinews, Midcult, Maudlin House, Page Gallery Journal, Poetries in English, and New Writers Anthology, with work forthcoming in Free State Review. She has been nominated for The Best American Essays 2026 and named a finalist in the New Writers Flash Fiction Competition. She is an editor at Vita Poetica. She is pursuing a masters in comparative literature at the Sorbonne in Paris, and is at work on a debut novel.
As a visual artist, she works in digital illustration and oil painting. She models in New York City with APM Models, in Paris with Select Models, and in cities internationally including London and Shanghai. She works independently as a stylist and creative director.
